Booking & Payment
A provisional booking may be made via e-mail, telephone, and fax
or through the meruholidays.com online booking form. This booking
will remain valid for days until receipt of a full payment as agreed.
The cut off dates for any bookings will meet the terms and conditions
for each hotels. Failing to follow the rule will result an automatic
cancellation.
Booking Procedure
When you book with us, we will ask you to complete the reservation
form. This information is necessary to process your request to purchase
our online products.
We have the utmost respect for your privacy & security. We NEVER
sell personal information to third parties. If you communicate by
email, we will use the return email address to respond. Email addresses
are not used for any other purposes and are not shared with anyone.
Confirmation of Booking
Upon receiving the booking confirmation in writing from the respective
hotels/tour operators, we will notify you immediately. If the booking
is accepted, meruholidays.com will then send you an authorization
letter form to complete, and this should be faxed back to us along
with copy of passport. This will be charged at the agreed amount
to your credit card. Upon clearance of payment, we will issue a
hotel/tour voucher. This document will be transmitted via email
attachment. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details
are correct and that we are notified of any errors. We cannot be
held responsible for any errors or omissions contained in any correspondence
unless notified of such by you.
Travel Insurance
All travel insurance is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the client. This
includes but is not limited to cancellation costs, medical expenses,
personal damage insurance, repatriation costs and property cover.
Liability & Responsibility
We hereby give notice that we act only as an agent for the service
providers accommodated in our itinerary and booking service and
as a result accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury loss
or damage to person or property, howsoever caused, in connection
with any service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of god,
detention, violence, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from
quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, failure of
any means of conveyance, civil disturbances, government restrictions
or regulations.
