Changes & Cancellations
HOTELS
Hotel bookings that are cancelled will be refunded the full amount
if the hotels do not charge a penalty or cancellation fee. However,
administrative fee in the bank may occur. Hotels bookings amended
or changed are subject to an administration fee and may be subject
to additional penalties that are passed along to us by our hotel
suppliers. Hotel bookings cancelled with a short notice prior to
check-in date or “no shows” will NOT receive a refund.
Meruholidays.com can also consider changes to hotel bookings (such
as dates) at any time as long as space is available. Please note,
for hotel cancellations or changes of any kind, at any time, if
any penalties are assessed to us by our suppliers, for such cancellations
or changes, we will be forced to pass them on to the client.
For hotels booked during high / peak seasons or public holidays,
(such as Idul Fitri, Christmas & New Years Eve, Easter, Golden
Week, etc.), there will be no changes nor cancellations accepted
and there will be no refund. Room space is extremely limited during
these times and no refund is possible.
TOURS
Tour bookings are only made once all travel details are confirmed
with the client. Once payment is remitted (a deposit or full payment).
Tour bookings that are cancelled up to 30 days or more of arrival
date receive a full refund. Tour bookings that are cancelled between
29 and 14 days of arrival date receive a 75%-50% refund, depending
on our supplier's conditions. Tour bookings CANNOT be cancelled
within 13 days of the arrival date – there is no refund. Unused
services or no shows are totally non-refundable.
Subject to the terms above we can consider changes to tour bookings
(such as dates) at any time as long as space is available. Please
note, for tour cancellations or changes of any kind, at any time,
if any penalties are assessed to us by our suppliers, for such cancellations
or changes, we will be forced to pass them along to the client.
For tours booked during peak seasons and public holidays, (such
as Idul Fitri, Christmas & New Years Eve, Easter, Golden Week,
etc.), no cancellation is acceptable and there will be no refund.
Space is extremely limited during these times and no refund is possible.
